DESCRIPTION:Our Special Guest this week is Honorable Robert Langlois! \nHon. Robert W. Langlois is a retired First Justice of the Norfolk and Middlesex Probate and Family Courts. He is presently of Counsel at the Wellesley\, Mass. firm of Saponaro Bingham\, LLP where he provides consultation services in domestic relations and probate matters as well as extensive Alternative Dispute Resolution services\, including mediation\, arbitration\, conciliation\, and private adjudication\, to litigants who prefer to pursue a discreet\, expeditious resolution of disputes involving family matters.  Judge Langlois has participated on numerous education panels for both the judiciary and the bar and has appeared on several radio programs addressing family law issues. He has authored numerous articles for MCLE\, Mass. Lawyer’s Weekly\, Family Law Quarterly\, and other publications. He has also served on many committees for the Probate and Family Court and the MBA\, most recently having co-chaired the Joint Bar Committee on Gifted and Inherited Assets.
