Hindell began her legal career at a small Boston firm and then started her own Boston firm four years later. She moved Grossman & Associates to Newton in 1999\, and maintains offices on Nantucket and in Hingham. \nHindell has been active in both the business and Jewish communities. She participated in the first international collaboration between the Boston Chamber of Commerce and the Montreal Board of Trade. She was a regular speaker for the Canadian Consulate to Canadian business owners interested in doing business in Massachusetts; a lecturer for National Business Institute\, Inc.; a panelist for the Small Business Administration; a speaker on business banking; a panelist for the Boston Bar Association; and a presenter on various divorce topics. \nFor more than two decades Hindell has been a board member of Covenant House in Brighton\, Massachusetts which provides affordable senior housing and honors New England’s most distinguished men and women. Hindell is also a fundraiser\, a donor to various causes\, and a Hospitality Host for families needing medical treatment. She is an actual member in ProVisors. \nHindell was raised in Rumson\, New Jersey by parents in the retail clothing business. She attended Muhlenberg College and the University of Pennsylvania\, and obtained her Juris Doctor from John Marshall Law School in Chicago in 1985.
